This was a renewable assignment where students developed a module for the open course, “Road to Successful Online Teaching,” on the Canvas learning management platform. Students integrated technology tools and applications within Canvas into their modules.
I coordinated the design of this open course on Canvas. I provided the design structure for each module and provided training on using open resources ( images, links, etc.). I structured the course to be coherent for all modules. (Spring, 2019)

Perspectives of Aquatic Toxicology is a Wikibooks created in Aquatic Toxicology course (A ECL 444/544X / TOX 444/544X) taught by Dr. Boris Jovanovic at Iowa State University. This course adopted open pedagogy practices that included the integration of a renewable assignment whereby students contributed to the creation of this Wikibooks.
